"Me and my wife stayed here and they treated us so nicely, the staff were very friendly and even decorated the bed with flowers as a surprise!
The staff were very helpful and polite, they answered the phone when we called and responded very promptly!
The room itself was very nice, neat and tidy with an amazing bathroom.
I am looking forward to staying at sheraton again in the future."

"We made a reservation without food, so we didn't have dinner or breakfast, friends we delivered the key because the hotel's parking area is limited, our vehicle parked on the roadside about 150 metres away from the hotel. (not a problem for me here), I can say a f/p hotel"

"Ideal location in the old town. On the way to the hotel, immediately go to the parking lot. The hotel will give you a ticket for free exit. The famous Iskander kebab cafe is a 3-minute walk away. 1867. It is considered to be the best in Buos Iskander kebab. In the room there is a bathrobe and slippers. For three people only one shampoo, shower gel, conditioner. Breakfast buffet from 8 am"

"A beautiful hotel in a quiet and green place. Clean, spacious room, lots of lights, king size bed, magazine table, two chairs,, snowy sheets. To the city center half an hour walk (to get to the stop and get to any bus). Cleaning every day. Well-pleasant people on the respiratory. There is a private thermal bath where you can order a individual guy for 500 lira."

GGuest UserHampton by Hilton Bursa otelinde ailecek 3 gece 4 gün konakladık. Bu süre içerisinde otelin temizliği, rahatlığı, sessiz oluşu dinlenmemiz ve rahat etmemiz açısından muhteşemdi. Kahvaltısı da görebileceğiniz en lezzetli ve kaliteli yiyeceklerden oluşuyordu. Ayrıca Hilton temsilcisi Orhan Bey e özellikle teşekkür etmek isteriz. Konaklamamız süresince bizimle mıhteşem ilgilendi. Bu ilgi ve alakası için kendilerine ayrıca teşekkür etmek isteriz. Bundan sonra bu otel Bursa da kalacağımız tek adresimiz oldu. MM.I.A_MoI recently stayed here for 2 nights, and everything was fantastic. The apartment was easy to find using Google Maps, and it offers free parking conveniently close to the main entrance. The owner was very helpful and even assisted us with bringing our luggage to our room, which made our arrival so much easier. The apartment was clean, the bed super comfortable, and it was well-equipped, making for a very comfortable stay. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great experience

NNejatI would never have thought that the hotel would be this clean. It is absolutely very good, from the sparkling clean room to the beds, from the corridor to the bathrooms and toilets. I read in the comments that the breakfast should be improved, but it is not relevant, they make a breakfast plate per person, everything is plentiful, we were 4 adults and 1 child, we will definitely come back. The only negative was the eggs at breakfast were over-boiled 😃😂 Thank you very much tok epik hotel, see you next year 🤗

NNurDas Hotel befindet sich fußläufig in etwa 30 min Entfernung zur großen Moschee (Ulu Camii), Bus zum Bus-Terminal (für die Anreise aus Istanbul) sind es mit dem Auto lediglich ca 15min.
Das Hotel punktet durch das besonders freundliche und zuvorkommende Personal, tollem Frühstück, sauberen Zimmern mit moderner Ausstattung. Vom Feeling her ist es für mich eher ein 3 Sterne Superior oder 4 Sterne Hotel.
Zu bemängeln: Die Tapete in meinem Zimmer war an einer kleinen Stelle aufgerissen, und die Fenster konnte man nicht dicht schließen, was dazu führte dass etwas Lärm von den Straßen (vorbeifahrende Autos) zu hören war. Für solche Fälle habe ich gerne Ohrstöpsel/Kopfhörer dabei.
Trotzdem würde ich das Hotel aufgrund des Preis Leistungs Verhältnisses und der guten Lage immer wieder gerne buchen.

DDr. Dennis E. EricsonIt's very near to Ulucami where I guess the most visit worthy point of the Bursa since all those shops around it include silk shops. The room was very clean and the bathroom was good. The only problem is the bed was smaller. I guess even if I paid for two beds they wrongly gave me one bed it wasn't fit for two people to sleep comfortably. Their breakfast is average but terrace view during the breakfast was hilarious.

JJessigzThe road in Bursa was steep and narrow, and by that time we didn't know how to enter the parking lot, and the staff took the initiative to help us drive to the parking lot. Very close to the Grand Mosque, there are many delicious and cheap restaurants nearby.

MMoli62The location of the hotel is definitely 5 points, in the city center, very close to the city square. It is very convenient to eat and shop around.
The hotel's service is also 5 points, and the gentleman at the front desk is particularly enthusiastic. The service staff on the restaurant floor is also very good.
The hotel room is larger than the average budget hotel in Turkey. Hot water is also very flush. The key is that free parking at the entrance of the hotel is safer. WiFi is very stable.
The downside is that the hotel is an old hotel facilities are old.
