Regal Hongkong Hotel

The hotel rooms leave much to be desired.** Although it is stated that the renovation was done in 2013, all the rooms look very outdated. The only new items are an armchair and a chair. Everything else feels like a throwback to the 90s. The plumbing also needs replacement: the toilet makes a loud noise when flushed, and the sink drains extremely slowly, often clogging. As a result, the next person has to wait about 10 minutes for the water to fully drain. I requested an iron and an ironing board for the room. They were delivered fairly quickly, but ironing on this board is impossible—it's just a metal mesh covered with fabric. Without any soft padding, the mesh pattern imprints onto the clothing. There were also internet issues: on the first evening, there was no connection at all, but the situation improved on the second day. 酒店房间不尽如人意。** 虽然宣传称2013年进行过翻修，但所有房间都非常陈旧。唯一新的只有一把扶手椅和一把椅子，其余的一切都让人感觉回到了90年代。 管道设施也需要更换：冲马桶时噪音很大，洗脸池排水极慢且容易堵塞，下一位使用者不得不等待约10分钟才能完全排空水。 我要求提供熨斗和熨衣板，送来的速度倒是很快，但根本无法熨衣服——所谓的熨衣板只是一块包着布的金属网。由于没有软垫层，熨烫时网格图案会完全印在衣服上。 此外还有网络问题：第一天晚上完全没信号，第二天才有所改善。

Regal was very promising! It was strategically located in the heart of Causeway Bay. It’s near all the lights, sights, fun, food and games! I would definitely stay again! I would recommend to all my friends too! Keep it up! Cheers! Blessed be!🥂🙏😇

The room was big and clean. near causeway mtr. We booked triple sharing. The third bed was convert sofa bed. The beds was comfy. Have problem with outlet, only able to charge on the desk, we cant charge by the bed. They have paid shuttle from airport = hotel, but no ferry = hotel

Great overall. Not too far of a walk distance to the MTR, just a little further for convenience grocers.

The hotel was quite nice. The staff was very helpful. They let us check in early. The gym was very good for a hotel gym and the swimming pool was very clean and nice. We had the breakfast buffet each day and the selection of food was very good and the quality was good. I would stay here again if I was planning to stay in Hong Kong island.
