"Very clean, hygienic and comfortable. It is also very cheap. The location is very good. I recommend everyone to come to this hotel when traveling to Sibu. There is a bus terminal, gym room, food court, supermarket nearby. It is very worthwhile"

"Excellent room set up and comfort. Especially one of the importances — shower is strong and bed is excellent quality. Cleanings of room surely have beaten many other local hotels. Yours was our second stay, and definitely better and we will consider top priority whenever we return here."

"The location is away from the central market but it is alright if you have car. If you were a light sleeper, it might be not suitable for you as we can hear the noice. Overall is okay. And the bright side is that they have many plug points in the room!"

"for me the place are so so crowded, there no comfirm parking for u , u late then no parking lah cause the hotel got restaurant and always fullhouse so the parking lot there are not for only guest hotel . the daily cleaning are suck, we havent get our towel change every day but use the same towel till we check out, so far not bad give it 6/10"

We should make money with conscience, and we cannot just let guests stay and ignore their experience. The quality of the mattress and room facilities directly affect sleep and the overall stay experience. For example, a broken light in the room will affect rest, and an uncomfortable mattress may even cause back pain. Since it is a paid stay, customers want a safe and comfortable experience, not just a makeshift overnight stay. I hope the hotel can pay attention to these issues and truly make every guest feel safe and sleep well. ”"

GGuest UserAt first, I was given the room and found the room was dusty; the chair and curtain got black spots and stains. Suspected that the bedbug infestation, which I have experienced, was bad trauma from Singapore. I' passed the feedback to the receptionist about the matters. She helped me to check for another room available.
Thankfully, She managed to find 1 room available and change rooms for me, which was in better condition, and sleep well for a night.

LleejessicaStaff is friendly and helpful. Receptionists speak good English and conversations flow easily. Good recommendations for local food and restaurants by staff. Breakfast was good as chef can modify some food served according to your tastes. Excellent service on the whole.

Located slightly further away from city centre and therefore offers quiet surroundings for good rest. Room design is contemporary and I like it a lot. If hotel could provide covered car park, that will be great.

pro: free parking, breakfast included, iron, iron board & hair dryer provided. fast check in & lift. ev charging spot provided 2
cons: need to chop parking as they will be a lot visitor during dinner.. please provide section for hotel customer. need to upgrade room soundproof.. we stayed at level 13 still can hear motorcycle sound🤣

TTlvwCompared with most hotels with only stairs, this hotel is equipped with elevators, which is very convenient for guests with more luggage. There is a supermarket near the hotel, which is convenient for shopping, but there are fewer preferential activities and parking spaces are relatively tight. However, the environment here is very quiet, especially suitable for relaxing, being able to sleep peacefully and wake up naturally, which is generally a comfortable stay experience.

We were asked to wait while check in, we stay and wait at the lobby for 1 hour but receptionist didn't inform us when the rooms were ready, until we asked again. Should 1st come 1st serve. Rooms were clean and hotel location good. Breakfast good with variety of food.

Need a deposit rm 50 to enter the hotel when we book using this app (idk when we book it walk in). Overall ok, just too small for the toilet & bathroom. The room is ok not quite big also but okay. affordable price. (The pic I’ve got from google. It’s similar of the room that I book, but didn’t have the oyo pillow. Hhehe. Has table, tv. That’s all
